While working at Killeen Studio Architects we collaborated with Bond Architects to provide a comprehensive master plan for renovating the outdated and inefficient Creve Coeur City Hall. We began by creating as-built drawings and assessing spatial needs and requirements. The goals were to increase efficiency and work flow between departments while maintaining secure areas for certain departments, and re-imagine underused areas as community oriented spaces. Access and security between private and public spaces was a another large consideration in this project.
