While working at Axi:Ome we were asked to explore different potential uses of the vacant Wolfner Memorial Library located in the Grand Center of St. Louis. Different iterations of what the property could become included ideas such as a restaurant, bee habitat, and office and retail space. Eventually it was decided to develop the entire block and use the Wolfner building as a club house for the new residences surrounding the building.
