Studio CIC is a full service architecture and design firm based in St. Louis, Missouri specializing in residential design.  However we welcome all types of projects and scales because we approach each project as a unique design challenge and have found that having knowledge in various areas leads to creative solutions for every project.

Cassandra Cook formed the firm in early 2020 after nearly ten years of experience working in New York City, St. Louis, and Salt Lake City.  Her project type experience includes but is not limited to: small and large commercial, cultural/performance spaces, entertainment venues, medical clinics, single family residential, multi-family residential, mixed-use, and historic preservation.  Because of her broad experience, Cassandra is able to use her out-of-the-box thinking and come up with creative solutions to complex design challenges.

A Better Way

The main focus at Studio CIC is to create spaces that will improve the lives of those who will live in the home, occupy the building or interact with the structure we create.  Holding to a high standard of design does not mean the project cannot be cost effective, we strive to find that balance in every project.  Additionally, we don't just do something because that's the way "it has always been done," we are not afraid to challenge architectural tradition and improve upon the way buildings are made.
